Aircraft Production Equipment Operator / Maintenance Tech

Description:
Our Client is a leading provider of aerospace technical support services and is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator / Maintenance Technician in an aircraft paint application facility

The Role

The successful candidate for the Maintenance Technician in our Finishing Department will have broad-based industrial maintenance experience, but, a core skillset involving mechanical equipment and equipment maintenance. Must be willing to tackle whatever maintenance challenge present itself and be willing to assist and learn from others in their areas of expertise.

Responsibilities

Machine set up of paint mixing equipment for Aircraft applications
Operation & preventative maintenance.
Ability to operate autonomously.
Previous supervision experience desired.
Good communication skills, liaising with other depts. (Production, Facilities, etc.)
Requirements

Must have expertise in one or more of the following: mechanic, technician, machinist, etc.
5 -10 years of experience in equipment maintenance or mechanics in a production environment is preferred
Experience creating & maintaining a positive atmosphere in a collaborative work team.
Job Type: Contract

Salary: $20.00 to $40.00 /hour
