Production Control Specialist

Description:
Responsible for developing and maintaining maintenance schedules and processes for an aviation MRO (Maintenance Repair and Overhaul) to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time. This position will coordinate with all departments: quality, engineering, logistics, and production for the maintenance, repair, and delivery schedules of customer aircraft and components. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
Education:
HS Diploma
Bachelor's degree is not required; but preferred (Industrial, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering).
Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of scheduling experience working in a repair or production operation or equivalent type business.
Technical Systems Proficiency:
Knowledgeable in an ERP system is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages required; 3+ years' experience working with MS Project.
Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
