Component Design Engineer

Description:
Will hold 5+ years’ experience in all phases of Electrical M.E. Solid understanding of our Blackhawk International Derivative Programs and how they are structured. Must be independent, full working knowledge of processes and at times perform as lead M.E. to various programs.

Must be experienced and proficient in the following to maintain extreme tight program schedules:
-Matrix: EC Producibility, breakpoints, PCAS, BOM structure, part characteristics and sourcing
-SOLUMINA: Create/post production & rework op-sheets, perform panel board maintenance, mange the 30 week look ahead
-EPATS: P/M Kit checking/producibility, EPATS H/A producibility, EPATS H/A promotions, plug diagrams, interpret comparison reports
-CATIA V5: Model loading, model/tree reviews, h/a flattening/shaping, T101, equipment/harness design reviews
-LCA: DesignFile/EC management system
-Right Hemisphere: 3D Equipment/Installation assembly and producibility tool
-CADEX/CCD: Working knowledge of CCD to pull diagrams/kits
-TechHelp/CRM support: Complete competency with all the above systems to be self-guiding to resolve customer issues
-Hands on experience: A/C, box & harness assembler experience preferred for visual conception aiding design into Manufacturing Readiness Process
