80% - Types correspondence, uses word-processing, creates spreadsheets, and uses financial reporting software and other visual aids as needed by department contacts.
Maintains and handles records management system, ensures compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
Use of standard office equipment (computer, phone, fax, copy machines, printers, etc.).
20% - Maintains and files confidential material, answers telephones, and assists in project coordination and timeline tracking. Handles calendar requests. Makes and distributes copies.
Distributes mail and faxes.
Schedules and arranges for meetings as needed; room, room setup, participant scheduling, and correspondence.
Required Minimal Experience:
•1+ years - Standard office products and software, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint used to track and utilize data for purchasing, reports for management, etc.
•1+ years - Secretarial work (grammar, spelling and sentence structure).
