Description
Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control is seeking a qualified Software Engineer to work in the Grand Prairie, TX office. As a Patriot Missile Software Engineer, the ideal candidate will have experience with:

• Embedded programming languages (i.e. C/C++)

• ADA •Navigation states/measurements using Inertial Measurement Units (IMUs)

• Navigation Systems and Related Algorithms (design or implementation experience)

• Three-Loop Autopilot Design/Performance ( implementation experience)

• Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGA) [interfacing experience)

• Digital Signal Processors (DSP) (deign or implementation experience)

• Domain Knowledge of Air and Missile Defense

• Active SECRET Clearance is required;

• Experience with Power-On BIT (PBIT)

• Guidance Algorithms

• Trajectory controls

• Data transmissions

• Seeker Communications

• Universal asynchronous receiver/transmitter (UART)

• Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI)

• Real time operating systems (RTOS)

Real-Time Design Patterns

• Robust Scalable Architecture for Real-Time System development

• Experience with integrating Matlab/Simulink auto generated code into embedded flight code. Will need clearance status on resume. Needs clearance from the start.
