Electrical Engineer - FPGA Design/Verification

Description:
We are seeking Electrical Engineers with FPGA experience.

12 Month Contract in Wilsonville, OR

REQUIRED:
-a background in both digital and analog design
-some experience in FPGA design and/or verification is a benefit, but not a requirement

This position requires responsibility for all aspects of the design beginning with requirements definition up and through the introduction of the design into manufacturing. Support of projects includes schedule preparation and reporting of status on assigned tasks as well as interaction with team members from other disciplines. This position will work with little or no supervision.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
-Design electronic circuits for a commercial and military Head Up & Helmet Mounted Displays
-Define requirements for a new design and develop requirements specification.
-Perform preliminary design-including block diagram trade off studies and design review.
-Perform detailed design-including schematics, design analysis, breadboard tests, and design reviews.
-Perform technical oversight and coordination of Printed Circuit Board designs.
-Perform functional tests and design verification tests.
-Support Electrical Qualification Tests
-Develop Support Test Equipment
-Oversee efforts of less experienced electrical designers
-Provide Troubleshooting Support to Production and Customer Repair Departments
-Define Production Test Requirements
- Looking for at least 8+ years of experience
- Due to ITAR Requirements must have US Citizenship or Permanent Residency
-4-year degree in an applicable STEM field is required
