Electrical Engineer, Principal - Secret

PDS Tech Inc. is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer, in Andover, MA.


Support the fab by assisting with photo-lithography tool sets and inspections. Working with team members and engineers in the development fab to process and characterize wafers. Document and effectively communicate all measurements and processing steps. Support the production and development fab in various processing needs  Required Skills & Experience Understanding of semiconductor processing techniques and equipment, whether through coursework or hands-on lab experience.

Desired Skills & Experience Experience photo-lithography concepts and tools.  Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.  Desire to learn new wafer fabrication skills and willingness to assist team members. Knowledge of III-V semiconductors, preferably Gallium Arsenide and Gallium Nitride. Desire to work in a semiconductor clean room environment. Associates degree with 3+ years related working experience or a Bachelor’s degree in science/engineering. This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance.  Keywords: semiconductor, photo-lithography, clean room, process engineering, wafer fabrication. This position can be an engineer position G09 or G10 based on the candidate’s qualifications as they relate to the skills, experience, and responsibility requirements.
