Seat Design Engineer

Description:
Responsible to deliver fully qualified seat designs that meets the technical, weight, schedule, quality and cost targets of the Program
Minimum 7 years' experience within the aviation industry with at least 3 years' experience in aircraft cabin engineering and/or seat development process, and knowledge of associated seat design, certification and qualification requirements
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to plan, direct and document meetings between Airbus, suppliers and customers
Must have the ability to be motivated and work in diverse teams
Demonstrated capability in Project and Stakeholder Management
Familiar with Quality process improvement processes and toolkits (Practical Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, etc)
Experienced in CAD Design and proficient in Catia V4/V5 preferred
Familiar with Google Suite Products (Docs/Slides/Sheets/etc)
Bachelor's degree preferred.
