Aircraft System Simulation Engineers - Fort Worth, TX

Description:
STS AeroStaff Services is currently hiring Aircraft System Simulation Engineers for open positions in Fort Worth, Texas.

Job Duties:

• Work will entail data collection, data analysis, some data modeling and simulation, working with large data sets and databases, and generating summary statistics
• The Engineer will often need to support preparation of reports and presentations of technical data and related information
• The Engineer will also often participate and support customers in meetings with F-35 Joint Program Office government customers
• The Engineer will develop new and/or integrate existing system simulation frameworks, performance models and algorithms, threat models and command and control models and simulate real-time operations and develops software that simulates behavior of systems
• The Engineer will develop, integrate and use advanced graphical user interfaces and visualization tools
• The employee will also be responsible for modeling operational environments, performing trade studies, performing operational analysis and mission effectiveness analysis, and recommending alternative architectures

Basic Qualifications:

• 2 Years’ with Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field; 0 Years’ with Master’s degree in a STEM field
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, databases, and simulation and modeling tools
• The employee should be able to demonstrate the skill and ability to perform moderately complex professional tasks, and provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of increasing scope and complexity as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with VBA Excel macros, GUI and S/W development, SQL, and Access
