Administrative Assistant

PDS Tech Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant, in Madison, WI.

  • Answering phones, assisting internal and external customers. 
  • Handle inbound and outbound mail. 
  • Maintain building and office supplies/equipment. 
  • Filing and departmental organization, overall office management.
  • Supporting field associates with payroll, uniforms and other essentials. 
  • Handles permits, purchase orders, check logs and drafts.
  • Migrate new buildings for conversions. 
  • Manage fleet vehicle. 
  • Provide administrative support to branch sales and operations staff. 

  • Minimum of 4+ years of office administrative support experience.
  • Notary with excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook, Excel, and aptitude to learn company-specific software. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, be detailed oriented, and organized.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in planning, organizing, prioritizing and multi-tasking.
  • Must be able to manage workflow efficiently, be self-reliant, show initiative, good judgment, be a team player and have the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Customer focused with ability to interact with customers professionally.
  • Education: High school education required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.
