Test Engineer

Description:
Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Proficient knowledge/experience in one or more of the elements of logistics
Proficient knowledge of military/commercial requirements/ specifications applicable to functional area expertise
Knowledge, understanding and use of internal/external procedures and policies
Subject matter expert (SME) in one discipline/field and developing proficient knowledge in adjacent disciplines/fields
The ideal candidate will have experience with one or more Elements of the SGSS system or equivalent large-scale program/system
Experience authoring technical content such as technical procedures, requirements, user manuals or research White papers
Experience conducting research on engineering systems, performing data acquisition tasks, analyzing and presenting results to a technical audience
Experience working with high volume technical content, internalizing it and communicating accurately to technical staff verbally, or authoring the content on paper
Experience with various Engineering software programs, tools and applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project etc.)
Troubleshooting and problem solving, preferably from a background of systems engineering integration and test
Experience validating and/or verifying engineering systems
