Process updated documents (Reports, Eng. Release Notice (EDRN, CAD and non-CAD Datasets, RV, MODSUM, AMO, etc.) in the adequate format used in the information systems (ENOVIA, BDI, SAP).
In charge of the review and final validation of Completions engineering datasets issued at BA in order to release engineering data.
Create and maintain engineering product structure;
Create Material Master in SAP to order parts and raw material following the AMO process.
Determine and communicate the required corrections for the design documents and provide feedback to the design group (quality check).
Perform Data Quality Audits and Data Quality Deficiency RFC Process on all System and Cabinets Dataset released and produce scorecards.
Manage and validate Engineering changes issued to maintain aircraft configurations.
Define and support development of new or revised policies, procedures and BOM processes.
University or college degree/diploma in Aerospace, Engineering, Manufacturing or Configuration Management or other relevant training related.
Have acquired at least five (5) years of experience in a similar role.
Understanding of Nomenclature, Configuration and/or Data Management principals.
Have knowledge of a Product Data Management system (PDM).
Proven experience in SAP.
Experience in CATIA V5 and ENOVIA V5 is an asset.
Are proficient in MS Office.
Have good organizational skills and being able to plan and prioritize job tasks.
Display a pro-active attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities, follow established directives closely and respond to urgent requests in a timely manner.
Ability to work willingly and independently in a fast paced and challenging environment.
Bilingual (French/English) - able to communicate and influence effectively with all levels of the organization, both orally and in writing with ability to work independently both in French and English.
