JOB DESCRIPTION

-With regards to the requirement of aircraft under a guideline of APR4754, allocate and flow down those captured aircraft level requirements (ALR), such as requirements of performance, stability and control of aircraft, to each system level requirements (SLR) such as flight control system, propulsion system and avionics. At the time of allocation and flow down the requirements into SLR, confirm whether something is missing or having leakage or mis-connection, etc.

-Being able to make a plan of Validation and Verification (V&V) of aircraft and system. Have knowledge of flight control system, propulsion system and avionics system and also have ability to evaluate all those requirements and results of V&V.

-Engineers may be requested to relocate to Moses Lake (Washington State, USA) where aircraft flight test will be performed and may also be requested to travel to Nagoya office to have technical meetings.

-Basic work scope is to lead the development and finalization of the MRJ T/C design, compliant to ARP 4754 and all applicable requirements.

-The responsible engineer will work the activities of ALR Integration. This will include interfacing with all other aircraft and system functions and engineering teams to coordinate and obtain the approval of any task assigned contributing to the ALR development and Certification

-Work as team in a multi-cultural and an international working environments in Japan Headquarter. Japanese Language skill is not required.



QUALIFICATIONS

-Have knowledge of stability & control, performance of aircraft.

-To be able to understand the system of flight control, propulsion and avionics, and be able to evaluate the plan and result of Validation and Verification as well as the requirement of ARP4754.

-As for the Management position, he/she must have experience and knowledge of Requirement Management and V&V (ARP4754) is able to handle requirement concerning aircraft.

-Bachelor%u2019s Degree in Engineering Technical Aviation with 5 years aviation related experience.

-Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

-Ability to utilize interpersonal and communication techniques, working in a team environment, dealing with a wide variety of personalities and communication skill.

-Needs the ability to develop, plan and implement short and long term goal.

-Ability to adapt to change.
