Description:

PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a GSE Mechanic, in Greenville, SC.

Job Description: Performs maintenance and refurbishment on non-powered ground support equipment. Equipment includes, but is not limited to, work stands, holding fixtures, dollies, jacks, trailers, etc.
Inspects, tests, and operates GSE to determine equipment serviceability. Removes, disassembles, repairs, cleans, treats for corrosion, assembles, and reinstalls GSE accessories and components.

Basic Qualifications:
Three or more years of hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
Experience using basic hand tools (screw drivers, hammer, wrench, etc.) and power tools (miter saw, drill, router, circular saw, etc.).

Desired Skills
Experience bending conduit
Basic welding knowledge
Ability to follow local policies.
Experience interpreting electrical schematics, engineering drawings, diagrams, and manuals.
Light electrical experience
