Description:
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between workforce development & training team and customers. Organizes and tracks project plan, actions and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Manages project risks or issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Supports completing administrative tasks associated with project plans and workforce training needs. Entry point to team for management of requests, action and disposition.
