Manufacturing Process Engineer (Aircraft) - China

Description:
As part of this leading Chinese aerospace organisation this aircraft manufacturing facility are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to be responsible for the development of advanced manufacturing systems and processes (including tooling) for a modern aircraft production line. Responsibilities will include:

* Organise and formulate product manufacturing solutions, lean manufacturing models and product manufacturing
* Establishment of process equipment design (including systems maintenance requirements)
* Responsibility for quality, cost and efficiency of process/tooling products
* Using industry knowledge to provide advanced process design and tooling solutions.

You will be degree qualified, with extensive experience within an aircraft production environment in a senior Manufacturing Process Engineer role. This will include knowledge of aircraft structure assembly (encompassing process/tooling production line planning) and knowledge of the relevant international aircraft and quality standards. Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to design and implement new aircraft manufacturing facilities is also required.

This role will be based at the client's modern manufacturing facilities in Shanghai and will be an initial 2-3 year fixed-term employment contract comprising an attractive basic salary with medical cover and allowances for accommodation, local transport, home leave travel provided.
