WP - FLIGHT TEST - Grade 07

Description:
The Deputy Business Manager of Flight Test is responsible for the planning and execution of a flight test program. This includes, but is not limited to the following activities:
1. Development of an overall strategy and plan
2. Development of a detailed flight test schedule
3. Managing/tracking the status with respect to the Integrated Master Schedule milestones
4. Managing/tracking the status with respect to EVMS
5. Providing direction to Aircraft Test Directors to ensure timely completion of priority tasks.
6. Coordinating test program metrics for input for DFC and program management status reporting.
7. Coordinating resources required to accomplish program goals.
8. Assisting in program coordination tasks including scheduling of support facilities and other key assets.
9. Coordinating support requirements with other IPTs and maintaining interface with Sikorsky functional organizations and Government core competencies

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Candidate must have a degree from an accredited university in a related field
- Master’s Degree w/ 3 years' of professional experience
- Bachelor’s Degree w/ 5 years of professional experience
- Considered career, or journey level.
