Marketing Project Manager

The Marketing Project Manager will manage and report on program status, campaign plans and KPIs for the marketing campaigns developed for Financial Institution partners. The candidate should have a proven track record of managing all aspects of marketing projects and tactical deployment and coordinating digital marketing campaigns, including email, social and PPC. This individual should have a firm understanding of the B2B marketing approach, the digital marketing process, and be able to work closely with team members and other departments.

They will also have experience in marketing too small to mid-sized businesses, preferably in the tech and/or payments space within a fast-paced agency or corporate setting.

The primary responsibility will be to manage and execute the marketing campaign process for the partner marketing organization which will include the following:
• Develop schedules, key milestones and action items to be socialized across the Digital, Brand, Partner and Marketing teams
• Create and manage the Marketing Campaign Calendar for FI and CFI Partners and share appropriately with key stakeholders at a regular cadence
• Create campaign dashboards to track project budgets and timelines
• Work with Procurement and vendors to develop statements of work, route contracts through the approval process, and provide accounting with accruals for vendor work
• Work with the various IT and data teams to manage the marketing database
• Set up salesforce campaigns and assign leads to appropriate sales channels, report on lead status by channel
• Leverage various reports and work across multiple database teams to gather and append data as needed; manipulate data and prepare for marketing campaigns
• Utilize WorkFront to initiate marketing campaign setup, creative asset development and video projects. Manage and track projects throughout the process
• Four year college degree required
• Demonstrated interested in continued learning is a plus (completed General Assembly courses, eConsultancy training, online course completion, etc.)

Past Work Experience:
• 5+ years of professional work experience, preferably for a digital marketing agency.
• 3+ years of experience in a role that includes project management, campaign/program management, and/or Digital Production.
• Excellent project management skills; can identify action items, issues, set priorities as new requests are received, prepare summaries and lead the team to a successful launch.
• Prior experience using web analytic tools such as Web Trends, Google Analytics and/or Adobe Insight or Catalyst.
• Experience using a project management system (Ex: Microsoft Project)
• Experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Eloqua, Marketo and WorkFront a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and a track record of driving positive financial results with digital marketing tactics.
• Must be a strong positive team player with a hands-on approach to ensure marketing goals are met.

o Identifies problems and creates innovative solutions through teamwork.
• Strong written and oral presentation skills to easily translate vision and approach.
