Description:
STS AeroStaff Services is currently hiring Facilities Maintenance Workers for open positions in Goodyear, Arizona.

Job Summary:

To perform duties related to the maintenance repair and monitoring of physical plant and grounds as directed by the Facilities Team Leader.

Job Duties:

• The maintenance and upkeep of the plant grounds and equipment
• Responsible for inspection of fire extinguishers
• Should be able to assist with electrical, plumbing and HVAC work
• Accountable to the Facilities Team Leader for daily work assignments

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum four (4) years’ in all building maintenance trades
• General custodial experience
• Must be able to read blueprints
• Must be on 24 hour call seven days a week
• Have complete set of tools
• Valid driver’s license
• Read, write, and speak the English language

Physical Requirements:

• Physically able to bend, stoop, kneel, stand for prolonged periods of time, walking, climbing ladders and stairs
• Normal or corrected hearing and vision are required
