Job Summary:
With minimal supervision, establish current, accurate list prices based on analysis of procurement history, in-house manufacturing history, market forces, and other available data. Evaluate and develop sell prices on aircraft service changes from furnished bill of materials. Determine initial pricing on unpriced inventory. Provides analytics and reporting that measures profitability of individual or Product Classed parts that support pricing strategy analyses and decision making.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:
Maintain an expert-level knowledge of all company pricing methodologies, external market forces, and internal factors which influence pricing
Analyze pricing inputs such as repair/overhaul cost, vendor costs, labor quotes and/or actuals to determine appropriate pricing based on pricing guidelines and internal/external factors
Communicate with internal and outside vendors to resolve issues concerning cost
Independently or in collaboration with internal SMEs, develop and maintain tools that identify and report on deviations in pricing performance across product classes, part number, aircraft model, etc.
Input required. changes, additions, and deletions into the spare parts pricing master file
Analyze repair/overhaul work orders and establish total cost of overhaul/repair and adjust Exchange pricing as appropriate to ensure margins are maintained
Evaluate spares pricing for programs such as PlaneParts, AOS, Special Missions, etc.
Mentor Parts Parts Pricing Analysts
Provide expert-level guidance in resolving complex pricing tasks
Develop business cases to establish the marketability and price point of Aircraft Service Changes and Product Improvement Authorizations
Maintain customer discount database and communicate customer discounts to all locations
Analyze and report on part cost at all locations to assure consistent and accurate pricing
Perform other duties as assigned
