***POSITION IS LOCATED IN FORT COLLINS CO. CANDIDATE WILL NEED TO BE WITHIN THE VICINITY OF FORT COLLINS (LESS THAN 50 MILES).***

The selected candidate will provide assistance to assigned Company Supplier Quality Representative(s). Primary duties include but are not limited to: performing product verification activities (i.e. Company Source Inspection and Company First Article Inspection). The candidate may be asked to assist with supplier performance monitoring and data analytics, conduct supplier audits/assessments, perform corrective action verification, implement supplier preventative actions and participate in supplier development/continuous improvement activities/projects. We are seeking a candidate that has a high degree of knowledge and practical experience in one or more of the following areas: machining, precision inspection, assembly, electric/mechanical, and/or electronic/electrical/wiring.

This job requires the candidate to be a US Citizen, work independently at suppliers, pass annual vision exams, and travel to/from suppliers.

Plans and conducts audits and assessments of supplier's systems, processes and products. Documents and reports audit and assessment results. Inspects or verifies products for compliance with requirements. Assists with assessments of supplier capability and capacity to perform current or potential future work. Provides supplier education and coaching on quality systems, regulatory compliance issues and company initiatives. Resolves routine issues and concerns.

We are seeking a candidate that has a high degree of knowledge and practical experience in one or more of the following areas: machining, precision inspection, assembly and electric wire harness assembly/mechanical.

Microsoft Word, Excel & Powepoint
Aircraft Certification
Qualitiy Assurance Auditing & Control experience
Assembly Process Knowledge
Wire Assembly
Root Cause Analysis & Corrective actions


The candidate should be located at/near (50 mile radius). Candidates may be asked to perform their work from an alternative location (i.e. home office) or supplier facility. If/when a candidate operates from their residence they must have the following: a dedicated office space with a high speed internet connection that supports effective use of simultaneous email, use of company Virtual Private Network (VPN), 2-way video conference, upload/download data, and general website usage. Candidates will follow required manufacturing standards for safety equipment (i.e. hard hat, safety shoes, and/or safety glasses). The scope of this position involves on-call work up to 32 hours per week with variable scheduling.

The selected candidate will be required to travel to/from different suppliers as needed. Travel within the state and adjacent states will be required. Occasionally, the candidate may be requested by management to travel and stay overnight to support the work (< 10% overnight stay).
Additional Skills:
Skills: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
