2215 - DESIGNER & STRESS ANALYST - cv - word doc only
Preliminary and detailed sizings.
Stress analyses to ensure requirements (strength, fatigue, damage tolerance, weights, customers) are met.
Validation of engineering drawings and IPDT support.
Preparation of certification reports and support to entry-into-service.
University mechanical or civil or aerospace engineering degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
Your experience should include at least one of the following skills in the structural integrity qualification (loads, stress, fatigue and damage tolerance) of airplane components.
Knowledge of CATIA, finite element modeling and analysis is an asset. General computer skills are essential.
Must be a self-motivated person, a team player able to work under pressure and under a minimum of supervision.
Must be able to read and write in English and have good communication skills. Being completely bilingual (French and English) is an asset.
Must have experience in Primary and Secondary Aircraft Structures.
Must have experience with Mechanical systems and systems installations.
Must have experience in design and creation of MBD and 2D drawings of detail parts (machined parts, sheet metal), assemblies and installation drawings in CATIA V5.
Must have working knowledge of CATIA V5 (minimum 2000H experience).
Must have the ability to understand complex engineering issues.
Basic knowledge required :
- 3D and MBD creation in CATIA V5
-GD&T and technical drawings
Must be computer literate and familiar with commonly used software ( MS Office )
