Master Planner

Description:
Inconen is looking for a Master Planner for our client, a well-known Aerospace Company, in Fort Worth, TX.

**This will be working remote/telecommute during COVID only then onsite work after the COVID situation.**
**Active Secret Clearance preferred, but not required.**

Job Description:
1. This position provides planning/scheduling support to meet multiple immediate requirements across our clients Line of Business.
2. Candidate will assist in the development and maintenance of components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule, including proposal schedule development, Sustainment planning experience, review/support Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate development.
3. Advises the Program Management team when and if a contractual impact is expected or when critical events have happened, including factors which may impact delivery or cost.
4. Ensure Communication and Cross-coordination with IPTs.
5. Candidate will have experience utilizing Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis.
6. Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
7. Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management and production.
8. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment.
9. Possess ability to prepare status reports, metrics and make presentations as required.
10. Must be self-starter and have demonstrated Program Planning and Scheduling hands on experience.
11. Additional responsibilities will be assigned as required.

Required Experience: (This is not a Maintenance Scheduler position.)
1. Critical Path Scheduling methodology experience.
2. Proficiency in MS Office plus MS Project, Primavera or Open Plan – Open Plan preferred.
3. Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance experience.
4. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to lead meetings and reviews.
5. Understanding of EV to make sure proposals will be executable.
6. Ability to comprehend schedule requirements and document them in a meaningful way.

Desired Skills: (This is not a Maintenance Scheduler position)
1. Microsoft Project and/or Open Plan Experience, Milestones Professional Experience, Proven Planning and Scheduling Expertise, Demonstrated Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Experience, DCMA Health Metrics/Data Driven Metrics Knowledge.
2. Aerospace/Aviation, Program Master Planning/Scheduling Experience.
3. Candidate must be flexible to work on a variety of assignments and be able to work with other planners/schedulers and internal customer in a fast pace and changing environment.
4. Ideal candidates should have Aerospace/Aviation, Program Master/Scheduling Experience.

1. Level 3: BS+9-15 YRS or MS+7-13 YRS
