Description:
Learning and Technical Data Solutions is seeking a Logistics Data / Publication Specialist (Level 2) that will function as an Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) author and System Support Analyst for the V-22 Program located in Ridley Park, PA.

Primary Responsibilities:
Your duties as a Logistics Data / Publication Specialist will include (but are not limited to):
- Mechanical, electrical, avionics and support equipment
- Analyze and evaluate engineering source data, vendor data, and customer data in order to design, organize, and develop technical data required to operate and maintain V-22 weapon systems
- Analyze and evaluate impact of engineering changes on technical data
- Develop and implement maintenance tasks, Trouble Shooting Procedures and Maintenance Operational Check (MOC’s)
- Read, interpret & analyze engineering data, tool lists, Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) data and supporting databases
- Extensive working knowledge of the Vertical List – Tiltrotor V-22 systems operation and Navy maintenance concept
- Working knowledge of the V-22 Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) and the V-22 Publication Data authoring tool ( PDAT)
- Familiarity with Company Engineering and Product Support processes
- Assist with quality reviews and validations, conduct in-process reviews, and support verification
- Communicate complex technical information to personnel while interfacing effectively with team partners, Integrated Product Team (IPT) members, Customers and cross-functional disciplines
Evaluates engineering data for supportability for a fielded equipment minor system or components. Assists with establishing and sustaining maintenance task data and logistics support analysis records. Establishes and sustains supportability data and logistics support analysis records. Develops or updates component level publication elements. Generates standardized reports.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Rotorcraft maintenance experience
- Experience testing and troubleshooting avionics
- Experience with Military Aircraft technical manuals and drawings
- Experience analyzing and interpreting engineering data for inclusion into maintenance manuals and technical publications
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints

Successful candidate will be a self-starter with a high priority on first-time quality and customer satisfaction while handling conflict situations calmly and dependably while having the capability to adapt to change.
