CSR Repair Administrator

Description:
PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a CSR Repair Administrator in Lenexa, KS.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the safe handling and processing of aircraft materials and parts as required by the client, regulatory requirements and best practices
  • Receive and unload incoming materials and compare information on packing slip with purchase orders (POs) or invoices to verify accuracy of shipment; may process return shipments from customers
  • Inspect shipments for damages or defects; records discrepancies or damages and notifies supervisor and/or CSR team
  • Receive product deliveries and process daily incoming goods and returns into Repair Center database and ERP systems
  • Accurately input received parts documentation into computer system and forward notification to Operations and CSR team 
  • Communicate and coordinate with the customer service team for product returns/repair and receiving issues 
  • Create Repair Orders for returned parts as directed by Repairs Department processes and or supervisors 
  • Records and processes customer orders and/or inquiries demonstrating analysis, sound judgment, and sensitivity to customer needs
  • Utilize computer system to maintain and update status in a timely manner.
  • Frequent: lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling of moderately heavy weight objects ( 50 lbs) 
  • Maintains delivery records for received products
  • Additional tasks/ duties as assigned by Operations Manager
  • Daily cleaning organizing and general housekeeping of the repairs receiving area 
  • File or scan file all related paperwork in order to close out repairs
  • Maintain/process paperwork and files per established company procedures
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships and communications with customers, other employees, supervisors and managers
  • Maintains safe work environment according to all department procedures, federal and state regulations


 
Basic Qualifications:
  • Strong computer skills 
  • Attention to detail, Accuracy with data entry, and an aptitude for organization
  • Good communication skills
  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • At least three years working in a materials or customer service role
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
