Military Operations Analyst

Our client, a global security and aerospace company, is principally engaged in the research, design, development, manufacture, integration and sustainment of advanced technology systems, products and services. Solving complex challenges and delivering innovative solutions to help customers keep people safe and provide them essential services, our client is hiring for the following critical need:

Military Operations Analyst
(U.S. Citizenship Required*)
Fort Bragg, NC

• Identify and manage internal and external all-source Military Operations, including both analytical and collection requirements from across the Military Operations community.
• Report to the Survey Analysis Center Chief.
• May work alone or with DoD civilians and military personnel.
• Interface with other offices and agencies to ensure timely and effective completion of tasks
• Identify requirements and tasks them to the appropriate collection elements
• Verify that responses meet requirements
• Compile the daily activities report and distributes, coordinates with the specified targets- webmaster to verify reporting data is posted to the web portal
• Coordinate with operations centers and operational leads to support missions.
• Perform normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining alphabetical, numerical and/or subject files
• Interview callers and making proper referrals
• Arrange meetings and conferences
• Receive, refer or answer mail.
• May take and transcribe dictation
• Use personal computers and standard desktop software to compose reports, correspondence, and memorandums
• Review drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures.
• May provide guidance and direction, as needed, to lower-level secretaries and other clerical employees.

• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance is required at time of hire.
• This position supports a 5/40 work schedule.
*U.S. Citizenship is required by law, regulation, executive order, or government contract.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree combined with 3+ years of experience; or Master’s Degree
