Description:
HR Program Management

Location: Colorado Springs, CO (80916)

12+ month contract

Bachelor's Degree Required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overall day-to-day HR functions and will closely partner with the Human Resources team on HR initiatives.

Participate in client group key department meetings and tier meetings on a regular basis
Drive client group key problem solving.
Provide solutions that incorporate basic principles of ethics, recognition, development, change management & compliance
Diffuse and de-escalate issues.
Handle employee relations and know when to escalate/refer to shared services or 3rd party such as EAP/Benefits direct)
Maintain accurate employee data (digital and hard copy) and able to run reports & analysis
Coach managers and ensure compliance with policies & procedures
Complete investigations, leverage company resources (ECO), and support managers in policy violation situations
Coach leaders on HR system enhancements and functionality changes
Support hiring & onboarding, deboarding activities.
Evaluate & recommend employee retention and recognition actions
Assists with the design, development, and administration of Human Resource programs and related activities in one or more of the following functions: Benefits, Compensation, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Labor Relations, EEO, Executive Programs, Management Development, or Special Programs.
Liaison between all Human Resources functions and line management.
