Entry Into Service Specialist


The Specialist, “Entry into Service” is responsible to coordinate all the process, requirements and customer requests related to the Entry into Service and achieve the Customer's Satisfaction. These include the Following activities:
l  Coordinate and integrate all the areas responsible for the Entry into service such as :
Ø  Flight Operations Engineering and Pilots
Ø  Training Support
Ø  Program management
Ø  Material and Services Support
Ø  Production line
Ø  Maintenance Support
Ø  Technical Publication
Ø  Contracts managements
Ø  Air Safety and Certification team
Ø  Ground Support Equipment
l  To ensure that the Master Plan agreed with the customer must be done following each deadline defined in the aircraft contract.
Ø  Initial Pilot Type Training
Ø  Initial Flight Attendant Type Training
Ø  Pilot Support (En Route Supervision)
Ø  Flight Operations Engineering Course (FOEC)
Ø  Flight Operations Engineering Support        
Ø  Pilot Support (Ferry Flight)           
Ø  RAS or SCAP Module    
Ø  Inflight Performance Software      
Ø  Performance SW           
Ø  Reconfig. of the Flight Operations Publications Set
Ø  Dispatcher SW 
Ø  Flight Dispatchers Course
Ø  Balance & Trim Chart
Ø  Maintenance Theoretical Type Training (B1 + B2)
Ø  Maintenance Practical Type Training (B1 + B2)         
Ø  Technical Representative             
Ø  Maintenance Specialists Support  
Ø  Health Monitoring Training (Basic Module) & CMC Usage
Ø  Maintenance Program Start-up and Packaging         
Ø  Reliability Training          
Ø  Techpubs Subscription and training
Ø  RSPL Budgetary            
Ø  MPD/MMEL     
Ø  Supliers Conference
Ø  TC Approval
Ø  Aircraft Operator Certificate Operational Aproval
Ø  Direct Maintenance Cost
Ø  MRO Certification

Work Location:
The primary work location will be Nagoya, Japan. Multiple domestic and international trips will be required

Expected Education / Experience:
l  Required:
-      Working experience in commercial aerospace for an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), and have 8 or more year experience in Entry into Service.
-      Good communication skill with airline customers and suppliers.
l  Preferred:
-      Knowledge in aircraft delivery process
-      Working experience in Customer Support Industry
-      Working experience on the supplier negotiation
-      Ability to coordinate with various kind of in/out-company stake holders
-      Communication and negotiation skill
-      Team management skill
