Software Engineer III - (MO)

Description:
ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED TO START.

F-15 Mission Systems needs experienced software engineers to assist with the development of real-time embedded Mission Computer OFP software. Candidates should have extensive experience in real-time embedded Avionics software development and engineering. This should include requirements analysis, software architecture and design, software implementation, integration, automated test procedure development, lab / flight testing, and problem diagnosis / resolution. Applicants should have experience with modern computer programming techniques and a preference for an Agile software development process. Programming language experience in Ada, C, C++, and Python is needed. Additionally, the position requires the use of COTS software tools ClearCase, ClearQuest, and DOORs. Works under general direction.

Bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with typically 3 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a PhD degree with experience in an engineering classification.
