Job Summary
In this role, you will perform visual inspections of circuit card assemblies to ensure compliance with manufacturing and industry specifications. You will work with established procedures, technical documentation, and inspection standards to identify and communicate quality issues.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform visual inspection of solder connections and conformal coating on circuit card assemblies
• Inspect work in accordance with IPC-A-610 and IPC-J-STD-001 standards
• Follow process instructions, drawings, inspection checklists, and specifications
• Use measuring tools such as dial indicators, micrometers, and scales
• Identify defects and clearly communicate findings to cross-functional teams
• Maintain accurate inspection documentation and records
Basic Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience inspecting solder connections (SMT and thru-hole)
• Strong knowledge of IPC-A-610 and IPC-J-STD-001 standards
• Ability to navigate IPC standards and determine accept/reject criteria
• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Experience interpreting drawings, diagrams, and technical documents
• Proficient with computers and basic software tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Preferred Skills
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or aerospace environment
• Familiarity with quality inspection processes and documentation control
