Systems Integration Engineer

Description:
Our client is looking for a Systems Integration/ Test Engineer that will support a team responsible for the integration and test of capabilities and function in a laboratory, flying test bed, and flying test environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with some experience under their belt and is looking to expand upon their current knowledge and skill set.

The ideal candidate for this position will perform the following tasks:
* Assist in the development of test requirements and procedures
* Execute integration and test activities in a lab environment
* Evaluate mission systems functionality in a flying test bed
* Support mission systems flight test evaluation.

Mandatory Qualifications and Experience:
* Must be a US Citizen.
* Must have had an active Secret clearance issued within the last 5 years
* In-depth understanding of military aircraft functionality
* Demonstrated integration and test experience with a modern software intensive mission systems architecture.
* Experience with Systems Integration and Test
* Experience with Systems Engineering Life Cycle
* Experience with Sub-System Integration
* Experience with Test Procedure Development
* Experience with C++, Python

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
* Avionics, Mission Planning and I&T experience / background
* Experience with requirements development and integration and test processes
* Flight test experience
* 5-8 years experience
* Bachelor or Above Degree in a Technical Engineering Discipline

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following skills and characteristics:
* Must have strong technical background
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong laboratory skills
