About the Role:
Portfolio Management team is responsible for planning, approving, scheduling and staffing projects for Biller. Our primary purpose is the effective facilitation of project work to support meeting our divisional goals. The Project Analyst will be responsible for supporting processes that ensure the Biller Group has a consistent and repeatable investment decision-making process, with a focus on balancing portfolio demands with resource supply – in support of divisional strategy.

The Project Analyst will be responsible for providing analytical support to internal partners, working in a rapidly changing team environment, and meeting internal and external customer expectations by providing analysis, documentation, communication, and/or presentations to internal partners as required.

The Project Analyst will have a strong knowledge of data gathering concepts and metrics. They will provide accurate and timely information within the established corporate and department performance metrics, understand and calculate financial impacts of assignments and initiatives, and develop recommendations for improvement based on statistical analysis.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
•Manage data upkeep and flow within the Portfolio Management tool (Clarity)
•Coordinate with internal teams and leaders to understand current project needs versus the priorities/dependencies and restrictions of the delivery organizations
•Coordinate the collection of relevant information to support the Biller Portfolio Manager and Delivery Managers in high quality portfolio conversations. Understand demands versus resource supply and assist in balancing portfolio demands
•Continually re-balance the portfolio based on changing functional needs, resource capacity constraints, client demands and interdependencies
•Facilitate the portfolio governance processes and portfolio reviews; deliver communication/change management and training in support of portfolio activities
•Coordinate meetings, as needed, to initiate working sessions, resolve project issues, etc.
•Perform administrative and other duties of a similar nature or level, as directed

Required Qualifications:
•Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
•2 years of experience with MS Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
•Must be able to work in a collaborative and matrix environment
•Excellent writing, editing, communications, organizational, and decision-making skills
•Ability to build consensus with and influence other functional areas
•Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and adapt to constantly changing priorities with minimal direction or guidance

Preferred Qualifications:
•1 year of knowledge/experience with PMO groups and Portfolio Management tools (like Clarity) is a plus
•Experience working with various reporting tools, such as MS PowerBI or other Business Intelligence tools
•Experience in banking, financial services, and/or software industries is a plus
