Additive Mechanical Engineer

***Position Requires Interim Secret Clearance, which requires US Citizenship***
**One year contract located in Orlando, FL**

CSS Staffing is seeking a Additive Mechanical Engineer to support internal customers for research and development projects and contracted programs.Primary job responsibility will be to research, design, and develop additive manufactured products. This person will be required to perform all functions associated with the additive manufacturing process which includes, but not limited to, machine operation, laser scanning, specification compliance, completeness, accuracy, design soundness, ANSI Y14.5 GD&T standards, fabrication, assembly, installation, customer interface, tolerance requirements, and data management.

Required Skills
*1-3 years' of experience working as an Additive Mechanical Engineer and laser scanning
*Proficient with the use of ProE/CREO, and Pro/Windchill
*Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
*Knowledge of ANSI Y14.5 standards for fabrication and assembly.
*Strong understanding importance of product detail, work schedules and task tracking/reporting.

Desired Skills
*Proficient with reverse engineering using laser scanning and GeoMagics software
*Experience with Magics software
*Design skills for creating 3D printed parts
*Current DoD Secret clearance.
