Job Title:  Associate Tool & Gage Technician
Job Type: Full time; Consultant (6 months) Contract to Hire.
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85034
Schedule:  Monday to Friday; First Shift 6am-2:30pm
Pay Rate: $21.30 per hour. 

Calling all tooling Technicians PDS Tech Commercial Inc, is seeking candidates for a Tool & Gage Technician position in Phoenix, AZ.

Job Description:
Entry-level position with comprehensive training to set and adjust gauges to manufacturing and assembly standards. Utilize various gauge setting devices and maintain electronic inventory records using SAP or similar systems. Responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and delivering tooling, fixtures, gauges, supplies, and safety items.

Responsibilities:

·       Must be able to take direction and work in a team environment interfacing with internal and external associates.

·       Must be able to relate to and maintain a high customer satisfaction rating.

·       Must be able to solve problems of moderate scope referring all other problems to the department Supervisor or Manager.

·       Knowledge of gage setting, perishable cutting tools, grinding wheels, fixtures and abrasive products is a plus.

·       Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, be able to lift forty pounds, and either already have or be trained to receive a forklift license.

·       Computer skills preferred but will train as needed.

Required Skills
