Sr RF Test Engineer

Description:
Position Description
Experienced test engineer with expertise in the test and measurement of RF and/or Analog products. You will use your expertise to design, develop and integrate production test solutions needed for our RF/Microwave products. These test solutions include software and hardware for In-Process (IP), Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) and Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP). Responsibilities may include development of test solution requirements, architectural design, specifications, test procedures, testability analyses, design of RF or Analog interface test adapter (ITA) circuitry, software and documentation for Test Program Sets (TPS). Skills Required
Proven experience designing and conducting performance testing of RF and/or Analog products
Experienced in the design and development of test solutions using National Instruments (NI) LabWindows/CVI and/or TestStand
Experience with various test equipment (such as Power Supplies, Digital I/O, Oscilloscopes, Switch Matrices, DMMs, Counter/Timers and Thermal Controllers)
Possess a strong understanding of the technical principles, theories, and concepts in the field of Test Engineering with a general knowledge of other related disciplines.

Skills Preferred
Experienced in the design and development of test adapters (such as Virginia Panel based ITAs, Cabled Fixtures, PWB Fixtures)
Experience updating existing production test solutions to address test reliability, test coverage or automation issues
Have a demonstrated closure-oriented and self-directed nature
Experience with the application of industry standards related to production level testing
Experience with NI FlexRIO

Experience Required
Minimum of 10 years

Experience Preferred
12+ yrs

Education Required
BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent

Education Preferred
MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent

Additional Information
