• BE/ BTech-/Mechanical/ Aeronautical Engineering Or Equivalent disciplines

Profile Expectations:

Technical Support Field Reliability Engineer

• RMS Engineer with 4-6 years of experience in the Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering domains.

• Proficient in the design understanding of the Ground Support Equipment’s (GSE) like Hoist, Winches and Cranes used in aviation domain and their Test Qualification procedures and Design Change management.

• RMS engineer possessing strong Fault Investigation and Qualification Test Report writing skills as per DO-160.

• Experienced in Field Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action (FRACAs) framework.

• Strong data analytical skills and understanding of data elements and application software’s used for data analysis.

• Experience in working with MS office products, Adobe Acrobat, MS Excel, POWER BI and other Data Analysis tools.

• Good Data Analytical, Representation and Presentation skills.

• Aware of the general Aerospace Standards, Authorities and Product reliability and Test procedures.

• Aware of the standard Spec2000, Chapter 11&13.

• Understanding of aircraft maintenance practices and exposure to aviation maintenance workshops/ MRO/ Weightlifting

Equipment’s Design/ Reliability assessment / Testing/ Maintenance will be preferred.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Systematic data mining from various data sources and will be responsible for importing, transforming, validating the field

failure data and present data in reports, charts, graphs, and tables and excel spreadsheets.

• Plan and support Failure Analysis Investigations for Hoist and Winch for FSE, OPS/MRO projects.

• Review the Field failure reports, Conduct root cause analysis.

• Implement corrective actions by working with cross functional IPT team members.

• Work requires test and instrumentation experience to infer the changes to components, analysing risks developing QBS,

QBA, Qual Test procedures and Reports.

• Coordinate with test laboratories to perform qualification testing such as those listed in DO-160 & deliver test plans/ reports.

• Support Lab testing for sustaining projects as directed.

• Domestic Travel required to work with several partner supplier sites within 50-mile radius as required basis.

• Interpret the customer’s project needs and respond swiftly to the requirements.

• Excellent English language skills i.e., Communication, Technical Writing, and data presentation skills.

• Work independently under minimum guidance and ability to work with global & cross functional teams.

• Ready to take full ownership on assigned tasks and bring them to closure.
