Job Description Summary:
Company has an opening for a Integrated Master Scheduler /Control Analyst/Program Support who will support the Landing Systems Programs. Interested candidates should have a thorough understanding of scheduling techniques and expertise using MS Project to develop and maintain integrated project schedules. As an Integrated Master Scheduler /Control Analyst, the candidate will provide support to the Program Management Office (PMO) in the form of schedule creation, monitoring, analysis and reporting according to Customer requirements, and additional duties as needed. This position is also responsible for Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) Cost and Scheduling Controls. Candidate will work closely with the PMO in developing schedule and cost performance and analyzing status of projects on a daily basis. This position will have these additional duties and responsibilities:
Collaborate with Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads to develop and manage multiple schedules and work with various departments to ensure estimated project budgets and durations are accurate.
Ensure timely baseline /scheduling requirements are accomplished
Work closely with technical leads to ensure schedules and costs are accurate, comprehensive, and include milestones, deliverables, dependencies, predecessors, successors, lag time, and all other pertinent MS Project data.
Ensure schedules meet business requirements, 14-point Assessment standards, and promotes strong project execution.
Meet with the project team weekly to manage project performance, status, open issues and tasks.
Ensure the project planning data that is used in the execution of projects, resource planning, and sales forecasting is up to date and accurate.
Monitor and measure project progress, identify and work program-wide issues, and provide support to Program Management with respect to cost, schedule, and deliverables.
Conduct critical path analysis and work closely with the IPT to manage tasks and work flow.
Contribute to the identification of barriers and risk factors that may inhibit or impede the project.
Lead the project in baseline and change control and effectively communicate issues to PMO.
Generate reports showing project status, to include EV data, SP&A charts, TCPI, BEI, and actuals vs PMB.
Contribute to the development as well as the implementation of Earned Value methodologies.
Ensure alignment to the Earned Value Management System requirements to include maintaining and reporting of variances (CV, SV, VAC), efficiencies (CPI, SPI) and custom reports to PMO.
Track, forecast, and report program cost and earned value (EVMS) performance against the performance measurement baseline.
Analyze cost/schedule trends and provide forward guidance to maximize performance & minimize variances.
Maintain and provide analysis of trends, performance analysis, resource cost and forecasting reports.
Ensure compliance to company guidelines and internal processes and recommend changes to improve the efficiency of scheduling, monitoring and reporting of projects.
Fully support company ACE culture and seek out and drive continuous improvements.
Provide schedule and cost risk analysis and assist in defining mitigation strategies.
Work with Business Operations to support development of common tools, processes and training related to schedule development, integration, analysis and maintenance
Assists in development of Project Planning & Controls training to include: schedule development, PMB management, EVM, processes and tools.
Administer training to the Program Office and Technical Team in proven PP&C concepts.
Handle additional assignments as needed to support the Program

Basic Qualifications
Required Skills:
•MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Strong MS Project 2007/2010/2013 skills
•Subject matter expertise using MS Project Server 2010/2013
•Earned Value Management concepts, tools, analysis and corrective actions
•Communicating confidently and effectively to various levels of an engineering organization both verbally and in writing.
•Critical Path Analysis
•Planning Arbitration and Adjudication across IPTs
•Recovery Planning and workaround facilitation
•Working multiple schedules in parallel.


Preferred Skills:
•Experience in the Aerospace component design and manufacturing environment.
•Understanding of Project Management Theory and Concepts
•Product Life Cycle Knowledge including Systems, Electrical, Software, Mechanical, Firmware, and Operations disciplines.


Education/Experience:
•BA/BS degree in engineering, business or related discipline or equivalent experience of 5-7 years of related integrated master scheduler/control analyst experience in a cross functional, technical environment
