F-15 Customer Training Specialist (MO)

Description:
ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED TO START.

Conducts analyses to evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design. Develops, conducts and evaluates effectiveness of technical training. Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials. Gathers data to support complete proposal development activities.

F-15SA Intermediate Level Avionics Maintenance Support System (AMSS) Instructor

Develops and delivers customer training for F-15SA (Saudi) Intermediate Level Avionics Maintenance Support System (AMSS) trainees in classrooms, and with actual hardware. Analyzes training equipment needs, develops course materials, conducts classes, and evaluates and modifies course content and training methods for specialized training environments. Prepares courses, including specialized course materials that reflect customers' unique configurations by investigating and analyzing engineering documents, specifications, drawings, and changes. Performs task analysis; develops curriculum materials, manuals, and computer-based training. Teams with instructional designers, developers, and training staff to assemble training products. Conducts customer training events and analyzes training evaluation data within the avionics specialty. Serves as focal for training program development and training conduct in this specialty. Assesses participant learning and adjusts presentation to ensure successful understanding by all students. Uses current teaching techniques, advanced presentation skills and instructional methods; to include computer based training (CBT) and Instructor led training.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required.
Basic Qualifications
• Recent military AMSS operation and maintenance experience in the F-15E, F-15SG, or F-15SA.
• Military Instructor experience
• Training courseware development experience with platform instructional experience
• Experience developing and delivering maintenance training on F-15 systems
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Power Point, Outlook and Excel

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with MIL-SPEC or an ISD approach to training materials development.

Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Assignment is for a F-15SA Intermediate Level Avionics Maintenance Support System (AMSS) Instructor in Saudi Arabia for 9 months with possible extension to 12 months.
