Description:
Manage and conduct key projects for methods function.

Define, write, validate and perform the test in production for launched projects.

Plan the deliverables release.

Put in place or improve the tools and define the KPI.

Investigate the root causes and analyze potential solutions in estimating costs, impacts and risks of change in production.

Support production during technical issues.

Participate in the update and the improvement of manufacturing processes.

Identify opportunities to avoid non value added and optimize production.

Collaborate with stakeholders (Engineering, Industrial engineering, production, logistics and quality).

Participate in continuous improvement throughout the system to achieve excellence.

Bachelor Degree in Engineering, have 5 years of experience or more in aeronautics, and as a project manager.

Good sense of organization, planning and problem solving.

Have a developed customer orientation, good communication skills and are comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams.

Have leadership, a good ability to adapt, you are mobile and flexible.

Are an expert in MS Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Bilingual - are fluent in French, both spoken and written.

Knowledge of SAP and CATIA V5 is an asset.

Experience in macros programming is required.
