Industrial Engineer

Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide Industrial Engineering support to build team leaders and program Industrial Engineers - Provide guidance and standard work in a newly implemented lean environment - Collaborate with all appropriate stakeholders to improvement business performance

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
3+ years of Industrial engineering experience in a manufacturing environment - - Proficient in MS Office tools
Experience with lean concepts 4-5 Years
Experience in IE applications and skills needed to support manufacturing 4-5 Years
Proficient in data extraction from systems like SAP and the ability to perform an array of statistical and trend analysis 4-5 Years

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor degree or above- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization - Experience driving successful change by engaging stakeholders and building alignment - Experience in lean manufacturing principles and plan-do-check-act continuous improvement

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
9/80,1st Shift
