1st: Monday-Thursday, 6 AM-4:30 PM
2nd: Monday-Thursday 4:30PM-2:30AM
Pay: $22/HR, with weekly pay – Get rewarded for your hard work.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Master the Art of Welding: Execute precise TIG welding on aircraft components with thicknesses ranging from .015 to .120 inches.
Blueprint to Reality: Work from detailed part drawings, sketches, and templates to create flawless components.
Quality Assurance: Ensure every weld meets the highest standards through rigorous inspection and testing.
Efficiency in Motion: Track parts through the production process and handle essential paperwork with precision.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow welders and supervisors to maintain stellar production quality.
Versatility: Take on additional duties as required to support our high-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience Counts: 3+ years of TIG welding experience, especially in aerospace assembly, is your ticket to success.
Exotic Metals Expertise: Your skill in welding exotic metals sets you apart.
Attention to Detail: Ability to read and interpret operation sheets and follow complex instructions with precision.
Math Whiz: Strong math skills, including fractions, decimals, and percentages, are essential.
Effective Communicator: Clear and concise communication in English, both spoken and written.
Physical Readiness: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
