STS AeroStaff Services is currently hiring Graphic Designers for open positions in Melbourne, Florida.

Job Purpose:

Assist with development and implementation of graphic materials for the worldwide marketing and sales teams. Interface with external creative agencies and graphics department as required. Ensure consistent corporate branding and product image quality.

Job Duties:

• Assist in development and implementation of worldwide graphic design strategies in conjunction with creative agencies to promote the client’s brand.
• Plan creative concepts by gathering information and materials.
• Manage digital assets: images touch up and post-processing, naming convention, managing the library (upload new assets, remove outdated ones, etc)
• Provide creative direction and best practices advice on design layout and project’s technical specifications.
• Ensures brand identity guidelines are being followed consistently worldwide.
• Create and implement worldwide graphic marketing materials and presentations in both print and digital formats, including website graphics, print ads, email campaigns, signage, trade-show displays, invitations, photographs, videos and digital kiosks.
• Create, update and enhance graphical depictions of aircraft performance, range maps, charts, etc. to promote the client brand.
• Create, update and enhance presentations for the worldwide sales and marketing team.
• Partners with other internal departments and third-party vendors for all creative and production needs.
• Interface with Authorized Sales Representative (ASRs) and other departments to ensure any outside graphic development maintain client’s global branding guidelines.

Qualifications:

• BA or BFA Degree majoring in Graphic Design, with a concentration on web design fundamentals.
• Minimum 1-5 years’ experience in graphic design and front-end web design required.
• Fundamental understanding of visual design methods, philosophies and techniques
• Experience with luxury products or similar services.
• Aviation or Yachting experience preferred but not required.
• Solid, well-organized portfolio of previous and recent work.

Requirements:

• Essential competency using most current versions of design software: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator (Adobe CS6 or Creative Cloud).
• Working competency with HTML, CSS and other web graphic standards.
• Good understanding of typography methods and applications.
• Adobe After Effects, Premiere and Flash experience will be helpful, but not required.
• Javascript or other software programming skills will be helpful, but not required.
• Any 3D software skills and experience will be helpful, but not required.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Excellent skills with Photoshop, Illustrator and other graphic and layout software.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant experience with Digital Asset Management practices.
• Competency of photography skills and practices preferred but not required.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally to support the marketing and sales departments. 10%-15% travel may be required.

• Incorporates Lean and P3E processes and concepts into daily activities.
• Strives for continuous improvement to processes and procedures.
• Honors and protects confidential and proprietary documents and information.
• Satisfies work schedule requirements.
