Maintenance Trainer - Level 3

Description:
Position will start in Marietta, GA for Training
OCONUS - Algeria shall start approx 24 May 2021 and end approx 20 Aug 2021
Position will end in Marietta, GA for wrap up

Job Description:
• Designs and delivers programs to train all levels of personnel.
• Develops tests and visual aids, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. Keeps abreast of training and development research: learning theory, motivation theory, and new materials, methods, and techniques. May evaluate and/or oversee contractors or vendors to develop and/or administer training programs.
• APG Instructor C-130J Maintenance Training Programs
• Candidate shall:
• Perform as an C130J Airframe/Propulsion/General (APG) OJT Instructor / Subject Matter Expert (SME), provide On the Job Training (OJT), conduct classroom academic training, and develop training materials as required.
• Assist lead instructors/manager in planning, preparing and organizing training events while observing all corporate and customer safety policies and procedures in a fast-paced training environment.
• Demonstrate ability to work with limited supervision conducting on-aircraft training and classroom instruction to C-130J maintenance personnel while providing close supervision of students under instruction.
• Accept responsibility for ensuring contract deliverables are met and delivered to customer, maintaining positive results and customer satisfaction.

• C130J maintenance experience
• 2 years+ experience in formal classroom instruction or On-the-Job training of C-130J aircraft Airframe/Propulsion/General Systems
• Working knowledge of the C130J 1553B Data Bus

Basic Qualifications;
• 6 years+ experience performing organization maintenance on C-130J aircraft Airframe/Propulsion/General (APG) systems
• 2 years+ experience in formal classroom instruction or On-the-Job training of C-130J aircraft Airframe/Propulsion/General Systems
• Must be experienced in C130J general aircraft servicing, Preflight/Post-flight inspections and aircraft fueling procedures

Preferred Qualifications;
• 10 years+ Experience performing organization maintenance on C-130J aircraft Airframe/Propulsion/General systems
• 5+ experience in formal classroom or On-the-Job training on the C-130J aircraft Airframe/Propulsion/General systems
• Extensive knowledge of the integration and operation of C-130J Airframe & Propulsion systems
• Experience in performing maintenance/training on C130J Airframe & Propulsion systems
• Working knowledge of C-130J aircraft Avionics Systems and Electrical Systems
• CONUS and OCONUS C-130 experience
• Experience in C130J Sustainment and Support
