Job Title: Electro Mechanical Assembler
Job Type: Full-time; Contract (12 months)
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85034
Schedule: Monday to Friday; 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Job Summary:
The Electro Mechanical Assembler position involves assembling electronics according to product specifications. The role requires following Assembly Instructions/Job Instructions to put together electronic devices, tools, and products using hand and power tools, as well as other assembly equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble electronic components according to detailed product specifications.

• Use hand and power tools, as well as other assembly equipment, to complete tasks.

• Follow Assembly Instructions/Job Instructions closely to ensure proper assembly of products.

• Work under immediate supervision, receiving detailed instructions for all tasks.

• Develop basic job skills and become familiar with company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.

• Perform tasks that are routine and repetitive in nature, requiring limited judgment.

• Contribute to the assembly process without being involved in decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Citizenship: Due to government regulations this position is open only to U.S. Citizens and U.S. Persons (Green Card holders).
