Stress Engineer

Description
We are looking for stress/structural analysis engineers with 8-20 years of experience in the aerospace industry. The ideal candidate will have some experience with primary metallic fuselage structure (i.e. frames, skin-stringers, floors, splices, stanchions, intercostals, etc.) on passenger or freighter transport category aircraft certified to 14 CFR Part 25 (i.e. Airbus or Boeing). The candidates must have some experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) either in the creation of Finite Element Models (FEM), post processing FEM results, or both. Candidates should also have experience in “hand analysis”. This is also referred to as classical structural analysis or solid/structural mechanics using industry standard references such as Bruhn, Flabel, and Niu or company manuals, methods, or tools. Candidates that have experience writing computer code to automate analysis are also desirable. Experience with composite structures is not required, but is desirable.
