Avionics Software Engineer

Description:
Citizenship Requirement: U.S. Citizen
Security Clearance Level: (None/Clearable/Clearance Required): None
Min years of experience: 6
Degree Requirements: B.S. Engineering or Software / Computer Science

Looking for someone to have have strong knowledge of avionics, software development, and software testing
Experience with DO-178 (Software Considerations in Airborne Systems and Equipment Certification), DO-254 (Design Assurance Guidance for Airborne Electronic Hardware), or DO-297 Modular Avionics (IMA) a plus
Software DER a plus
Aerospace preferred
Good communication skills with customers
Detail oriented personality a plus
Excellent process development and documentation skills
