Customer Service Engineer for LG and Hydraulic Power

We are seeking a Hydraulic Engineer with exceptional communication skills to fill an opening with a company in Nagoya, Japan. Interested candidates should have experience with engineering support of an airline maintenance operation as well as strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Engineer for LG and Hydraulic Power

Respond to Airlines routine questions with the support of Design Office in reiteration to landing gear and hydraulic systems.
Organize and manage meetings with suppliers to request design changes once required and establish strategy for retrofits.
Act as lead in reporting on events involved with the Continued Airworthiness when an event or an issue may pose a concern to the safety of operations.
Ensure correct flow of information to operators when required. This may include coordination for delivering of Service Bulletin or Airworthiness Directives.

Requirements of the Customer Service Engineer for LG and Hydraulic Power

Experience related to aircraft maintenance support especially with airline operations.
Experience with aircraft maintenance training, aircraft maintenance certifications are a bonus.
Business level English skills.
