What You’ll Do:

Systems analysis tasks specific to ICBM Programs include detail technical drawing oversight and review, interface design documentation and review, ensure configuration processes are established, assist program manager on other systems engineering tasks including pre-production planning for deployment activities.
Lead teams to research, analyze and compile complex technical data for company products and system-level concepts in the projected operational environments to optimize effectiveness over the program lifecycle.
Apply complex systems engineering processes, methodologies and tools to the design of system of systems, systems and new product development.
Derive and develop complex architectures, functional requirements, refinements and product designs.
Assist in the integration of technical, cost, value, risks and specialty engineering considerations into definition of the product.
Provide leadership to project or program teams, management, sales and marketing staff, customers and suppliers to meet group, organization and company objectives.
Perform technical planning and control; maintains and improves processes and software tools.
Provide technical leadership, develops training, leads and mentors others.
Work under consultative direction.
What You’ll Need:

10 or more years of experience in system design or engineering.
Strong understanding of mil-std drawing requirements.
Experience working with systems with multiple interfaces.
Hours: Part time hours, less than 20 hours per week.

*U.S. Citizenship is required by law, regulation, executive order, or government contract.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree combined with 14 + years of experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
