Join our team to source for highly cleared (Secret to TS/SCI with Polygraph) technical candidates in the software and system engineering disciplines within the DOD and Intelligence Communities. You’ll work closely with the programs, hiring managers, and recruiting team to identify and attract top talent. You will need to draw on your experience sourcing for highly technical, cleared candidates.

• Source for Electrical, Software, and Systems Engineering professionals with clearances up to TS/SCI
• Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process
• Work with hiring managers and Senior Recruiters to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
• Regular follow up with the respective recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
• Take positive steps to support and promote the recruitment, of diversity candidates
• Assist with various staffing projects as required
• Use creative sourcing methods including: internet sourcing techniques, user groups, referral management, cold calling techniques
• Use an applicant tracking system
• Work within a team environment, and with minimal supervision or guidance
• Telecommute is an option

• Required – Recent experience with social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, Monster, and ClearanceJobs.
• Superb customer focus, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Preferred – experience with iCIMS
• Knowledge of EEO, ADA and OFCCP requirements
• Able to shift priorities and function effectively in a dynamic fast paced work culture
• Strong work ethic and confidentiality
• Clear understanding of the recruitment life-cycle processes

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required and 5+ years of relevant experience; or Master's degree and 3+ years relevant experience.
