Perform mixed model analytics on the current existing Analytics platform in SAS using PROC MIXED and other advanced statistical methods.
Support global sales planning and operations teams with analytics to inform decision-making.
Perform analytical engineering to add new functionality and extend functionality to current existing Analytics Platform.
Develop segmentation, data mining, and advanced modeling frameworks to support regional teams' objectives.
Analytical engineering to support cross-functional initiatives related to client's proprietary data.
Consult with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, deliverable and implementation of analytical methods.
Maintain global modeling projects through all phases, including data delivery, modeling, delivering results.
Work closely with data warehouse architects/developers to create seamless business intelligence solutions.
Conduct regular and ad-hoc analyses/data mining on customer/transactional data to provide actionable insights.
Act as a liaison between the Analytics teams and regional Sales, Finance and Planning teams.
Perform geographical analysis to identify coverage area opportunities, using data mining and advanced statistical methods.
Show understanding of business in proactive analytical approaches and present actionable insights to management.
REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree of foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering and Management or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Experience and/or education must include: 1. SAS programming 2. Developing new analytic modules 3. Data mining and reduction techniques 4. Mixed modeling in PROC MIXED 5. Developing and designing aggregates used for modeling and analysis 6. Analytic consulting including scoping requirements and design 7. Working across stakeholders and markets to tailor analytics based on specific market needs
